Business automation

A company usually already runs five different systems, with staff moving data between them by hand. I connect them into one flow — and that work simply disappears, along with the errors it produced.

Data is moved between the CRM, 1C and spreadsheets by hand

The systems exchange data on their own

Enquiries get lost between email, messengers and the website form

All incoming messages are gathered in one place and routed

The management report takes half a day to put together

The report arrives in Telegram on a schedule by itself

Manual entry errors cost money

No manual entry means no typos

what is included

What you get

01

Systems joined up

CRM, 1C, spreadsheets, email, messengers, inventory, payments, delivery — into one loop with shared data.

02

Enquiry handling

Incoming messages from every channel are collected, classified and routed to the right person automatically.

03

Reports that build themselves

Numbers from every source come together in a single report delivered to Telegram on a schedule.

04

Documents

Contracts, invoices, acts and proposals are generated from templates and sent to the client with no human involved.

05

Monitoring and alerts

The system spots overdue tasks, dropping stock or a failed payment by itself and tells whoever needs to know.

06

Custom connectors

When off-the-shelf integrations are not enough, I write a connector for your system — even if it has no documentation.

80 000 ₽saved per month
case study

An AI agent instead of a secretary: −80,000 ₽ a month

The agent scans incoming documents, pulls the data out of them and files it into the company database by itself. A human only checks the uncertain cases.

process

How the work goes

01

Audit

I look at which actions staff repeat by hand and how much time it costs.

02

Blueprint

I show what turns into what and where the line between automation and human runs.

03

Build

I build the integrations, run them on test data and check the behaviour on failures and duplicates.

04

Handover

I launch it, walk the team through it and leave a manual that makes sense without me.

Any that have an API — Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot and others. If there is no API, or it is incomplete, I find a way around: exports, email notifications, working through the interface.

That is the main risk, and it is not solved with technology. I try to fit into the tools people already use: if someone worked in Telegram and a spreadsheet, they keep working there — the data just starts moving on its own.

A single specific integration takes a few days. End-to-end automation of a department takes 2–4 weeks. We usually start with the most painful part so the effect is visible immediately.

A single link between two systems is quick and inexpensive. End-to-end automation of a department is priced by stage. The audit shows straight away where automation pays off fastest — that is where we start.

No. I fit into what you already use: CRM, 1C, Google Sheets, email, Telegram. The only change is that data starts moving on its own.

I build in monitoring and alerts: if a service stops responding or odd data comes in, the person in charge knows immediately, not a week later.
